Two-factor authentication and account security
Turn on two-factor authentication
Go to Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as 1Password, Authy or Google Authenticator and enter the 6-digit code. Save the 10 backup codes somewhere safe; each code works once.
Enforce 2FA for a team
Owners on the Studio plan can require 2FA for all members in Settings → Team → Security. Members without 2FA are asked to set it up at their next sign-in.
Lost your phone
Sign in with a backup code, then set up 2FA again on the new device. If you have no backup codes, contact support from the email address on the account; for security, recovery takes up to 3 business days and requires identity verification.
Active sessions
Settings → Security → Sessions lists every signed-in device. Click Sign out everywhere if you suspect someone else has access, then change your password.
