Accept card, ACH and SEPA payments
Connect Quillpay
Online payments run through Quillpay, the built-in payment processor. Go to Settings → Payments → Connect Quillpay and complete the identity check; most accounts are approved within one business day.
Supported methods and fees

Fees are deducted from each payment before payout. Quillstack does not add its own fee on top of these on paid plans; on the Free plan an extra 0.5% platform fee applies.
Passing fees to the client
You can add a surcharge for card payments in Settings → Payments → Surcharge. Check local rules first: surcharging is restricted in some countries and US states.
Offline payments
If a client pays by bank wire or cash, open the invoice and click Record payment to mark it paid manually.
