Customize invoice templates and branding

Quillstack has three invoice templates: Classic, Modern and Compact. Pick one in Settings → Branding → Template. The preview on the right updates as you change settings.

Upload a logo in PNG or SVG up to 2 MB. Set an accent color with a hex code; it is used for the header band and totals. Font choices are limited to four web-safe families so that PDFs look the same for every client.

You can add up to five custom fields (for example a PO number or project code) in Settings → Invoice fields. Fields can be required or optional. The footer accepts plain text up to 500 characters and is a good place for bank details or payment terms.

On the Free plan every invoice shows a small "Sent with Quillstack" badge. It is removed on Solo and Studio plans.
