The client portal

Every client gets a private portal link. In the portal they can view all their invoices and quotes, download PDFs, pay online, save a card or bank account for later, and see their payment history. Clients do not need to create a password; the link in each email signs them in for 30 days.

When you send a quote, the client can accept it in the portal with a typed signature. An accepted quote can be converted to an invoice in one click, or set to convert automatically.

The portal uses your logo and accent color from Settings → Branding. On the Studio plan you can serve the portal from your own subdomain, such as billing.yourstudio.com, by adding a CNAME record.

To revoke a portal link, open the client and click Reset portal link. Old links stop working immediately.
