Change plan, cancel, or export your data

Change plan in Settings → Billing → Plan. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. When you downgrade to Free with more than 3 clients, all clients stay, but you can only create invoices for the 3 most recently active ones.

Click Cancel subscription in Settings → Billing. Your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the paid period; nothing is deleted. Yearly plans can be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of renewal; after that, cancellation stops the next renewal only.

Settings → Data → Export creates a ZIP with CSV files for clients, invoices, payments, expenses and time entries, plus PDF copies of every invoice. The export link is emailed to the account owner and is valid for 7 days.
